Your responsibilities

• You will manage the end-to-end Recruiting of our working student and intern positions across Europe.
• You will communicate with Hiring Managers and candidates and organize and conduct interviews. 
• You will present offers and create working contracts for your candidates. 
• You will support in managing recruitment databases and our applicant tracking system.
• You will participate in different projects within our Talent Acquisition team. 

You contribute to our success if

• You are an enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or equal and still studying for at least 12 months.
• You like to work in a team and enjoy solving challenges together.
• Your strengths include a systematic, analytical way of thinking as well as goal orientation.
• You have good MS Office skills.
• You are business fluent English; any additional language is a plus.
