As one of our Gen>NEXT students, you will be part of the team from day one and encouraged to add new ideas and value to the business. · Support Accounting Operations with accounts payable, general ledger, reporting tools and data analysis. · Accounts Payable workflow analysis, various tracking, reporting and analysis (e-mail accounts, 1099, tax). The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the in the following functions: · Responsible for all asset transactions, asset tag distribution, WBS reconciliations, tracking and providing an overview of asset audits to management. · Reconciling GL Accounts, Sales Tax, 1099. · Support reconciliation of GL Accounts, Sales Tax, and workflows. · Support with Power BI and Power Apps. Qualifikation: · Accounting, Finance or Business program/skills preferred. · MS Office, Excel (pivot table and V-lookups) preferred. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions. Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university. MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
