  • Executing cross-industry top management projects on strategic After Sales topics
  • Developing and implementing sustainable service strategies to delight customers and drive long-term profitable growth
  • Ensuring a consistent customer service experience, e.g. by transforming the After Sales organization and processes
  • Developing tailored methods for measuring service performance along the customer lifecycle
  • Contributing to internal knowledge creation in the cross-industry service community on future topics and developing our sales and service consulting offer

QualificationsQualifications
  • Successfully completed university studies, ideally with a focus on economics, (industrial) engineering or a comparable degree program
  • Professional experience in (strategic) After Sales / service in a management consultancy or in the industry
  • Passion for shaping service strategies, business models and core processes in your day-to-day work
  • Working well across all levels of the organization and able to communicate complexity in a simple way with strong focus on clients and results
  • Outstanding consulting skills such as strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, and customer-centric communication
  • Superb analytical skills as well as conceptual thinking and strong result orientation
  • High interest in new trends and technologies, enthusiasm for entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong track-record in self-reliant, structured, and professional approach to work with profound understanding of business opportunities
  • Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality
  • Very good German and English
  • High willingness for domestic and international travel
