Customer Investment Officer (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In your new role, you are the key contact for the administration of customer rebate processes, with a strong focus on Market Investment (MI), reporting operationally to the Controller for Subregion North in EMEA and administratively to the Head of Regional Controlling EMEA.

• You manage and coordinate rebate activities across countries, working closely with Controllers, sales representatives, Finance and Accounts Receivable.
• Furthermore, you handle all administrative tasks related to MI, including routing requests for approval, maintaining SAP condition contracts, raising billing documents and monitoring performance.
• You drive standardization and automation of rebate processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Additionally, you ensure compliance with internal guidelines for all existing and new rebate contracts.
• You respond to internal and external audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
• Lastly, you support country Controllers with both technical and content-related questions regarding MI.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer service or business analyses
• good communication skills, analytical thinking and a high level of service orientation
• very good language skills in English
• self-driven personality with a proactive working style
