WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Controlling Specialist for EMEA, you play a pivotal role in driving business performance and shaping data-driven decision-making across the region. In this key position, you work closely with the regional controlling head, serving as a primary contact for inquiries related to ongoing business performance and ad-hoc questions. Your expertise is essential in contributing to the financial results of the business, while you may also support global projects and initiatives:

• In your new role, you are responsible for business controlling across the EMEA region including reporting, planning, forecasting, profitability and efficiency analyses.
• You interpret business performance, identify actionable insights and engage proactively with regional as well as functional stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you manage regional projects, design controlling frameworks and optimize processes to support agile and efficient decision-making.
• You collaborate closely with local controlling teams, consolidate monthly reports and contribute to operational planning activities.
• Additionally, you cultivate open and constructive dialogue by advising, challenging and supporting the organization in its financial decisions.
• You ensure the business unit meets all reporting requirements on a global, divisional, regional and group level.
• Lastly, you track and monitor ongoing, global, efficiency projects, maintaining close communication with measure owners to understand the status of implementations and any deviations from the plan, while creating management overviews for updates and decision-making.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• bachelor´s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• minimum 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance
• strong expertise in financial reporting and controlling; familiarity with SAP, Power BI and data management is an advantage
• very good language and communication skills in English combined with strong presentation skills and a collaborative mindset
• analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation and structured working style
