WELCOME TO BASF

In the coatings sector, we offer far more than just paints and coatings. Our approach is to focus on our customers' needs and always think one step ahead. We are interested in creating innovative solutions that drive future growth and meet market demands. With our in-depth knowledge and experience, we work to offer customized coatings solutions that create real added value and build strong partnerships.

  • Furthermore, you develop and refine incident response playbooks and workflows tailored to the Coatings division’s operational needs.
  • You provide clear, structured updates to business units and leadership during and after incidents and support internal training and awareness initiatives based on real-world incident scenarios.

  • strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional global teams
  • familiarity with SIEM tools, forensic analysis platforms, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, YARA, and Sigma
  • ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights and communicate effectively across all levels
  • commitment to staying current with evolving threats, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity

WHAT WE OFFER

  • We offer an attractive salary with individual benefits such as performance-related bonuses or a share program. Company-funded supplementary health insurance, accident insurance and an attractive pension plan offer comprehensive coverage.
  • At our location in Münster, we have our own “Freizeit” fitness studio with an attached physiotherapy practice, permanently employed company doctors, a company restaurant “Auszeit” including a café bar, a bilingual company daycare center ‘LackiKids’ and a vacation program “LackiKids on Tour”.
  • We have 30 vacation days/year (full-time), additional time off options and a 37.5-hour week.
