Über die Rolle
Wir suchen einen PMO Program Manager, derdie die Umsetzung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Initiativen bei eBay Live unterstützt. Die Rolle ist im PMO verankert, berichtet an den Lead PMO und arbeitet sehr ausführungsnah mit Program Ownern zusammen, um Strategie in strukturierte Pläne zu übersetzen, Fortschritte zu tracken und Umsetzungsmomentum sicherzustellen, während das Business skaliert.
Deine Aufgaben
Du arbeitest eng mit Programm- und Operations-Verantwortlichen zusammen, um strategische Ziele in umsetzbare Pläne, Meilensteine und Erfolgskennzahlen zu übersetzen
Du treibst die tägliche Umsetzung voran, indem du Fortschritte trackst, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken managst und Blocker aktiv auflöst
Du pflegst zentrale Umsetzungsartefakte wie Projektpläne, Dashboards, RAID-Logs und Status-Updates
Du moderierst operative Arbeitsroutinen wie Execution-Check-ins, Meilenstein-Reviews und funktionsübergreifende Syncs
Du unterstützt die Launch-Readiness und hältst Execution-Learnings fest, um Playbooks und Delivery-Standards kontinuierlich zu verbessern
Das bringst du mit
3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im PMO-, Programm- oder Projektmanagement oder in stark umsetzungsorientierten Operations-Rollen
Einen ausgeprägten Execution-Fokus und die Fähigkeit, in schnelllebigen und ambigen Umfeldern zu arbeiten
Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Management mehrerer Workstreams und Stakeholder
Eine daten- und kennzahlenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Sicherheit im Umgang mit Dashboards, Reports und Delivery-KPIs
Klare, pragmatische Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, ohne formale Weisungsbefugnis Alignment herzustellen
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.
