Director Sales & Fulfillment Single Component Repairs

As the Director Sales & Fulfillment Single Component Repairs, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

• Drive expansion of Closed Loop Aircraft Component business across the Americas
• Lead acquisition and retention efforts through contract negotiation, renewal and customer relationship management
• Shape product offerings to market requirements and develop strategic partnerships with airlines, lessors and OEMs
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and agile decision-making aligned with ACS collaboration mindset
• Oversee contract execution, phase-in, fulfillment and phase-out processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT), work-in-progress (WIP) and enhance throughput
• Integrate Data and AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance forecasting, quoting, contract management and customer interaction
