In the first and the last assignment you are located in Germany, and in the second one you will gain experience at one of our international sites.You will support your division by creating smart solutions for the future. Your initiative will determine the amount of your responsibility in the projects. The program offers you excellent opportunities to grow fast and start your professional career at Continental.During the DRIVE Automotive Graduate Program, you will get a global insight in the following field: Advanced radar technology to enable autonomous/highly automated driving Embedded software development in the automotive radar domain including state-of-the-art signal processing, tracking and classification algorithms Software project management in agile project structures including first steps in problem resolution, requirement, and stakeholder management International/intercultural project set-ups including a stay in our location in Bangalore Test & Validation strategies and activities for radar features from SW module to vehicle level (e.g. radar chamber measurements, vehicle test campaigns) Qualifications Excellent master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering / computer science / information technology / physics or a related field At least 6 months of practical experience in an industrial related working field through internships, (part- or full-time) employment or projects International experience through study abroad, internship or working experience in an international environment or engagement in international associations Preferably first experience in software development and/or software management topics Theoretical and/or practical experience in the area of advanced driver assistance systems First experience in agile working environment are welcome Fluent Business English (additional languages beneficial) Passion for technology and people Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
