The ENGINEERING MANAGER (all) is responsible to manage, maintain, verify, and improve all technical aspects in relation to the company’s pool of aircraft parts and components, also with regards to customers specific requirements. You are acting as the company’s focal point for technical enquiries.

  • Find ways for comprehensive data driven ways of analyzing technical performance of parts, components and the entire Spairliners pool of spare parts
  • Supporting modification campaigns of defined number of aircrafts or entire fleets through technical expertise.
  • Securing the pool standard integrity including the surveillance of all component life limitations
  • Perform the component’s reliability analysis and compare the results per individual customer with our pool performance. Align with the involved Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organizations the data sets needed to support the activity and the timeline for their delivery
  • Provide technical advice with regards to components technical standard and component modifications
  • Relationship management with our customers, and all contracted organizations

At Spairliners we value team spirit.

  • Ideally bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, aviation focused or similar with highly developed analytical skills
  • Expertise in the aviation industry as well as good knowledge of aviation regulatory standards (EASA)
  • Knowledge in Part 145, Part M, Part 21-G & Part 21-J requirements is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in relationship management
  • A solution-oriented can do attitude
  • A valid work visa for Germany

The services include the provisioning and management of the spare parts inventory and overhaul and repair of components, together with the appropriate logistics. Overall Spairliners guarantees the availability of aircraft components where and when required. Founded in 2005, the company is headquartered in Hamburg; warehousing is located in Paris.
