Environmental, Health, Safety and Occupational Safety Management Specialist

As an EHS / OHS Management Specialist, you will develop and support EHS/OHS policies and programs, conduct risk assessments, ensure legal compliance, promote training, prevent incidents, and foster a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental protection.

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and support EHS/OHS policies and programs
• Prepare, perform, and document routine EHS/OHS compliance audits
• Advise and instruct on safety-related topics (e.g. noise levels, machinery use)
• Conduct and document risk assessments and enforce preventive measures
• Review, update, and issue policies in line with legal requirements
• Organize, deliver, and document EHS/OHS training for employees and executives
• Inspect premises and work activities to identify non-conformities
• Oversee installations, maintenance activities, and substance disposal
• Stop unsafe or unhealthy acts and processes
• Record and investigate EHS/OHS incidents
• Prepare reports and statistics for management
• Ensure compliant EHS/OHS documentation (ISO 14001/45001)
