Executive Specialist Global Mobility Compensation (m/f/d)

We drive mobility. Our People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers, transferring BASF Employees within the group companies in the field of Global Mobility.

• You are responsible for advising and consulting the Global Community and other stakeholders on all topics related to transferee compensation.
• Your main tasks include continuous development and optimization as well as conceptual design and change management for all transferee compensation topics.
• You define and manage the implementation of technical requirements into work processes to external vendors and IT tools.
• Apart from that you steer and lead the annual merit increase and bonus round for all regional mobility centers.
• You lead, support and / or participate in projects with business units and other stakeholders with regards to transfer compensation.

• university degree, ideally with a background in business administration
• several years of HR experience, ideally in the areas of mobility and/or compensation & benefits
• successful participation in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as projects for the continuous improvement of service quality
• strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• proven project management experience

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000-58.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Modern sustainable office building in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg (from end of 2023) with flexible working options, rooftop terrace and cafeteria for innovative and team-focused collaboration.
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
