Expert Cargo Hub Management (80-100%, all genders)

As an Expert of the Cargo Hub Management, you ensure cargo short-term optimization for all LX/WK flights at Hub ZRH. You are the problem solver for any Cargo related issues or Irregularities at Hub ZRH.
With your colleagues you ensure a safe and reliable operation of Cargo at Zurich Airport.

• Supervise the Cargo Operations for SWISS WorldCargo at the HUB Zurich
• Optimize the flights of SWISS/Edelweiss on a last minute basis
• Represent the interests of SWISS WorldCargo towards other Operational Stakeholders
• Adjust flight dispositions after handover from Contribution Management if necessary
• Check segregation of loading of special cargo like Dangerous Goods and Live Animals
• Ensure handling agent act according to Swiss WorldCargo standards and instructions
• Place correct priorities with Load Control in case of Offload
• Take corrective measurements for flight or shipment irregularities
• Ensure necessary actions in case of strike, aircraft change, weather impacts etc.
• Report recurrent irregularities, operational problems and propose solutions to improve cargo handling
