What You’ll Do:

• Manage corporate tax filings, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Stay ahead of tax and legal updates; coordinate changes with finance teams
• Collaborate with tax advisors and support on audits, refunds, and legal cases
• Monitor financial and legal risks; perform internal control checks
• Ensure banking and treasury compliance, including liquidity and account management
• Oversee business admin tasks (e.g. company registration, GDPR, e-signatures)
• Act as liaison with law firms and authorities; support legal case tracking
• Support procurement and emergency financial processes
• Share financial data with global teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Mentor junior colleagues and drive process improvements
• Follow internal frameworks (e.g. G-FAM, ICS, Compliance) and adapt to local regulations
