Key Accountabilities: Ensure proper finance governance through setting & managing governance structures. Identify areas for improvement and support implementation Coordinate Internal control framework for Business Aviation & RRD. Ensure high standard of documentation of Internal controls. Regular reviews for completeness and appropriateness. By engaging with control owners and Finance departments, ensure compliance to Group policies, Accounting standards and implement new as and when necessary. Drive key Finance transformation improvement activities in collaboration with the overall Finance Transformation programme. Identify areas for improvements to processes and methods to achieve Process and Systems efficiency and effectiveness. Own master data & systems management. Point of contact for changes & implementing new structures or improvements. Supporting the Financial controller with the consolidation of RR Deutschland legal entity Deputy to Financial Controller and Chief Accountant. Qualifications and Experience: Degree educated or qualified or both Diploma/MBA. Multiple years of experience. Proven capability of dealing with a complex agenda across functional, business or regional boundaries, addressing cultural issues and building organizational capability. Solid accounting knowledge and sufficient confidence to provide accounting judgements as necessary. Demonstrated ability to implement change and influence others. Able to cope with complex information from multiple sources. Cross-cultural working experience. Strong language skills in written and spoken German and English.
