Financial Reporting & Accounting Specialist

• Monitoring and implementing applicable legal regulations and Lufthansa Group requirements
• Reviewing financial processes to ensure compliance with current standards
• Designing, implementing, and improving financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Leading or actively participating in projects aimed at process improvement or optimization (in cooperation with the department or LGBS)
• Preparing financial reports in accordance with local (Polish) and international standards
• Providing financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making
• Acting as a backup for the Entity Accountant, including preparation of financial statements
• Supporting audits by preparing and delivering the required documentation
• Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., tax advisors, system providers)
• Coordinating financial information flow and ensuring proper communication across departments
• Providing data and insights to the Controlling Department to support internal controls
