Position Summary:

The General Manager of OnCare Digital Assets is an experienced operations professional who has generated significant impact through the strategic and tactical direction of an operations function. This position will direct and develop leaders in paper industry

technologies. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Service and will serve as a member of the OnCare Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass delivery, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all operations processes internal and external
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports of the operating condition of the company
  • Spearheads the development of communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
  • Collaborates with the VP of Business Service and management teams to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization
  • Motivates and leads a high-performance team; attract and retain talented team members; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to leadership of direct reports.
  • Act as lead executive through direct contact with every client and partner.
  • Assists, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable OnCare to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Represents OnCare with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Maintains a qualified staff.
  • Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of direct reports
  • Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
  • Develops individuals for future advancement.

Qualifications:
  • Progressive experience within the pulp and paper industry, including in a senior leadership or executive operations role.
  • Proven success in managing large, multi-site service or operations teams with
  • measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Control Systems (QCS), industrial automation, and related paper industry technologies,
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans that drive profitability, efficiency, and organizational growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and improving operational margins.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively to clients, partners, and investors.
  • Proven ability to manage change, scale operations, and align teams with evolving business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Must be strategic, results-oriented, and collaborative, with a hands-on leadership
