Head of Supply Chain Planning & Execution (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
Disciplinary management of the Supply Chain Planning & Execution department (production planning & procurement - department size approx. 17 employees) as well as operational management of the value chain from the customer to the supplier.
This includes the operational processes of internal production planning & control as well as the planning, procurement and scheduling of the necessary purchased materials.
Control of operational start-up management (from the development to the series phase), planning and implementation of supply chain designs and relocation projects as well as supply chain controlling activities.
Further development of planning, control and procurement processes and their mapping in the ERP system (SAP).
Continuous process optimization to achieve optimal parameters as well as responsibility for inventory management for raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
Who we are looking for:
Successfully completed economics or technical studies (ideally in the field of supply chain management) or corresponding training with additional specialist qualifications and at least 3-5 years of management experience.
Experienced handling of supply chain and production processes (especially production planning and control, operational procurement) as well as confident handling of the necessary transactions in SAP.
Strong knowledge of process and project management as well as lean methods.
Ability to communicate and work in a team, independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as personal commitment.
Assertiveness and organizational skills as well as a very good command of English.
