We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of an innovative area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and software development for customer functions. What awaits you? You will work on a real development project in an experienced AI team. Your will be responsible for assisting the AI team in collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets from vehicle sensors. You will help in developing statistical and Machine Learning models and evaluating performances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Present findings and insights to management and the team. Participate in the development of new tools and techniques for AI. What should you bring along? Pursuing a degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. Good knowledge of at least one programming language, ideally Python, and GIT. Good theoretical understanding and practical skills in statistical and machine learning techniques, including Machine-Learning and Deep Learning libraries and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure. Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, knowledge of SQL. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
