Tasks

The Intern/Customer Service Management and Operational Support  is responsible for:

  • Conducting research in ERP systems, for clarifications, tasks handling and other operational tasks
  • Support with customer status reports by coordinating with different departments and IT systems
  • Data entry, processing and analysis to support internal and external customers
  • Developing of measures to keep a contract profitable (together with Account Manager)
  • Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed by the assigned team manager, leader, supervisor or account manager

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

The ideal Intern/Customer Service Management and Operational Support responsible should meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Ideally, you are studying Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
  • You must be enrolled in university the entire period of the internship or be in your Gap Year (between Bachelor and Master)
  • First work experience through relevant internships is of advantage
  • English language required
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Attention to detail required
  • Communication skills required
  • Reasoning ability required
  • Interest in airline industry, especially maintenance, repair & overhaul and material management, as well as customer relationship management
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
