As an intern in sustainability management, you will be part of a young team and make an active contribution to achieving environmental objectives. You will gain insights into collaboration with global Voith Paper locations and provide coordinative support for sustainability projects as well as for internal data monitoring.
Your tasks:
- You will take over the preparation and analysis of site-specific environmental data.
- Support our team in identifying and quantifying improvement potentials in energy, water, and material efficiency, as well as in reducing CO₂ emissions at production sites.
- You will conduct research on market data, technologies, and processes to increase efficiency in production processes and infrastructure.
- Supporting the presentation of results and internal communication will be part of your tasks.
- You will be actively involved in ongoing projects and take on responsibility within them.
Your profile:
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business, natural sciences, engineering, or a comparable field, and seeking a mandatory internship in the operational sustainability area.
- Ideally, your academic focus is in energy management, resource management, or sustainability management.
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage.
- Your strong analytical skills combined with an independent and reliable working style distinguish you.
- Very good communication skills, particularly in collaboration with global team structures are your strengths.
