Intern Human Resources

Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will actively participate in various HR functions such as supporting the employee/intern life cycle in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding. More tasks include:

• Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on job boards and university career portals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates across a variety of roles.
• Arrange interviews with candidates and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires and conduct onboarding sessions.
• Assist with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support and ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.
• Assist in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
• Support in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
• Support in office management tasks.

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.
• Past internship experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
• Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
• Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
