- Work in the EU market research team on consumer and market related topics for all beauty categories, e.g. hair care, hair styling, coloration and body, within Europe
- Contribute to regional and local market research projects, from consumer insights to post-launch evaluation, for brand and category development
- Determine the best qualitative and quantitative methods, e.g. focus groups, packaging design tests and conjoint analysis, to develop market research plans for the marketing teams
- Collaborate across marketing, category management, and research and development for brand building, product innovation, and pricing strategies, including external research partnerships
