Internship Global Human Resources (m/f/d)

In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR work in the BASF Group. By developing focused HR guidelines, we implement the corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design instruments for the development and retention of senior executives, provide them with operational support in personnel matters and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.

We offer you the opportunity to actively shape and design the global talent acquisition and future of work of BASF. We are looking for you for 5 up to 6 months in our Corporate Human Capability Future unit. We are currently looking for someone who can start preferably at the beginning or middle of August. However, applications for a later date are also very welcome.

• advanced course of study in psychology, social, economics, humanities or communication sciences
• mandatory internship required
• an interest in current HR topics
• practical experience in the areas of talent management, employer branding or marketing appreciated
• creativity and enthusiasm
• strong communication skills in English
