Tasks

In the OEM Programs Cabin Systems team, you will be part of a team of Systems Engineers and Program Managers who share the responsibility of equipping new business jets with our systems. You will enjoy working with highly innovative technologies and the latest trends in aviation.

You will support our Program Managers in their tasks and partially take over the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting and monitoring program performance (e.g., execution times, quality, and budget)
  • Presenting the program status to relevant stakeholders through reports and presentations
  • Developing and maintaining templates and documents to help streamline and standardize program execution processes
  • Assisting in the oversight and control of program budgets to help keep initiatives within financial parameters
  • Assisting in analyzing and comparing contracts and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and greater efficiency

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship. In addition, the internship has following requirements:

  • Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Field of study in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Informatics or other economics/social sciences
  • Interest in program management tasks
  • Fluent level of English
