Internship - Recruiting & HR Inquiry with French - 6 months (m/f/d)

Within the HR Services Team France, we are a diverse and inclusive team of experts and young professionals. Together, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in France.

To complete our team, we are looking for one HR intern (m/w/d) who will be in charge of several HR activities for our BASF legal entities in France, focusing on tasks on the following topics: Recruiting and HR Inquiry.

On the Recruiting side :

• You will participate in the different steps of the recruiting process, from pre-selecting candidates to conducting phone interviews.
• You will take part in different projects, such as the development and optimization of BASF's internal CV database, updating the key schools file, etc.

On the Inquiry side :

• You will respond to requests from employees concerning different HR topics such as Time Management, Travel & Expenses, etc. per email or on the phone following our internal processes.
• You will take over some some HR Master Data activities, e.g. adding employees in our HR system and modifying their information in order to maintain our HR database up to date.

• You are a student (m/w/d) looking for a six-month internship starting in July 2024 as part of your studies.
• You have a strong interest in Human Resources.
• You are proactive, customer oriented and you have good analytical skills.
• You have good MS-Office expertise. Knowledge of Excel would be appreciated.
• Professional and open-minded, you like working in a young and dynamic team.
• You are fluent in French and English, ideally in German.
