Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Support & Development
Be responsible for supervision and management of the day-to-day NAV or BC activities are following directives, guidelines and administrative procedures adopted by Company Group.
Responsible for providing quick and professional support for the issues with global and regional systems within company scope.
Responsible to develop regional/site business system based on business function requirements and appropriate approval in global standard process, to achieve the standardizations combined with our business directives.
New IT Infrastructure / Application / Tools Implementation （e.g. T&E system, workflow approval etc.）
Prepare annual IT Budget & IT Cost management.
IT Service Outsourcing Management (Group IT Compliance)
End-to-End IT Support & Group IT Policy Adherence
Other IT related non-outsourcing tasks
IT business supports full scope role based in Shanghai covers HK and SG entity
Implement the laws, requirements, rules and regulations on work safety, Healthy, and Environmental requirements.
Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years working experience in ERP area，prefer in NAV or BC
More than 2 years’ relevant working experience in IT Business covering IT full function in MNC
Good personality and teamwork spirit
Clear thoughts, self-driving and self-learning ability, good communication and coordination skills
Good oral and written English and computer skills, able to translate business requirements into Indian outsourcing IT teams and headquarters IT teams to solve the issues
Strong technical skills in D365 BC development (AL language, workflow customization) and troubleshooting; familiarity with automotive manufacturing IT ecosystems.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with local teams, vendors, Group IT, and IT outsourcing Indian team
Computer literate.
PMP or Project Related Certification is preferred.
