We at IAV love software. We are software craftsperson and write our code clean. We master to overcome the gap between
traditional software development processes and appliance of agile methods daily within self-organizing teams. Together with you we want
to develop the next generation of infotainment systems. Handling the continuously increasing complexity of a car both within our software
and towards the customer through the easy-to-use graphical interface is our daily business.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Developing software in Java and graphical modeling tools
- Designing a flexible software architecture and defining suitable interfaces between both our own and external software components
- Implementing automated test cases using JUnit and integration test frameworks
- Staying close to our customer and partners
- Regularly taking time to rethink what we are doing and adapting our path when needed
Notwendige Kenntnisse:
- Degree in computer science (bachelor / master) or a related field
- Excellent knowledge in developing software in at least one object oriented programming language, preferably Java
- Excellent knowledge in writing maintainable, readable and reusable code ("Clean Code", "SOLID" principles) including unit tests
- Safe in written and spoken English (B1 Level)
- Regular presence in the office (approx. working 20% in the office, 80% at home)
Gewünschte Kenntnisse:
- Good communication skills (internally, to the customer and external partners)
- Experience in developing Domain Specific Languages, preferably Xtext
- Experience in working with CI/CD systems
- Experience in working with a large code base
- Experience in Linux/Unix based environments
