Do you want to be part of the team that drives financial precision in the Fuel area? The responsabilities of the role involve, among others:

• Responsible for digital inputs and handling discrepancies in the FuelPlus System regarding events, quantities, and prices for Lufthansa and customers
• Creates and updates daily and incoming invoice reports
• Attaches invoices, as well as missing documentation/files, in the FuelPlus System
• Executes, monitors, and follows up on the Internal Control Systems (ICS)
• Direct communication with internal and external customers via email
• Performs “True and Correct” tasks for incoming invoices via Esker for local payments
• Works in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for protecting data privacy and compliance at all times
• Collaborates in the team’s operational performance process, quality, compliance, and business partner satisfaction
