Latam Events Intern

We’re looking for an event marketing intern to help support our marketing team, working on a myriad of marketing activities to attract and  engage our broad set of audiences.

You should be passionate about event organization, eager to explore different channels of communication and have interest in working with industries including business, technology and finance.
 
If you are a high-energy, self-motivated and creative student, this is an opportunity to partner with Bloomberg's Marketing Event Team on developing and executing events targeting the full range of financial products prospects and customers in the region. If you are someone who puts the needs of the client first and looking for a new and challenging internship, this is the job for you!

• Monitor briefing meetings with marketing or business applicant
• Support the organization and control of event material stock
• Collaborate on the checklist for planning and executing events in the region
• Support the organization of events, webinars and meetings (pre, during and post processes)
• Partner with marketing managers to understand their objectives, processes and clients
• Help the team with development and partnerships with local suppliers
• Collaborate with the implementation and standardization of event processes in the region

• Creativity & Enthusiasm
• Advanced English
• Availability to work 6 hours a day in the morning/afternoon
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team setting
• Studying in the 3rd semester onwards at college
• Microsoft Office basic knowledge (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Majoring Events, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Advertising
• Good communication and organization skills
