Logistics Supply Chain Solutions

In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities aimed at improving our logistics and supply chain operations. Your key tasks will include:

• Prepare and analyze customer order reports to ensure compliance to logistics service level targets
• Work with transportation, warehousing and international trade concepts experts to resolve logistics deficiencies
• Represent logistics during the sales process towards internal and external customers
• Resolve ad hoc logistics complaints for internal/external customers
• Proactively develop and implement logistic solution concepts based on KPI analysis of the Lufthansa Technik supply chain
• Develop reports, analysis and KPI monitoring to measure internal process quality
• Up to 10% of domestic and international travel is required to meet with customers and stakeholders
• Think analytically, creatively and act independently
