We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Specialist (m/f/d) with third level support experience for our internationally operating customer in the IT services sector.
The job can be part-time or full-time 100% remote just residence in Germany, the U.K., Spain or France is required.

What you can expect:

• IMS software management: installation, upgrade, maintenance and replacement of software
• Third-level support and customer consulting for processing software errors
• Documentation, incident, change and problem handling
• Development and implementation of IMS databases and applications according to company requirements
• Performance optimization of IMS databases and applications to ensure efficient processing of data
• Advising and supporting internal and external parties in the use of IMS systems and databases

What you'll bring:

• Experience in third-level support
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Experience in life cycle management
• Experience in dealing with IMS
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• German language skills beneficial
