• Facilitate / manage development and implementation of Henkel Consumer Brands’ portfolio strategy framework
  
• Steer and enhance portfolio strategy and market intelligence tool landscape for Henkel Consumer Brands
  
• Manage or executes strategic (incl. M&A) and change projects, transformational initiatives
  
• Develop and ensure roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g., resource allocation, org. / operating model design)
  
• Collaborate with top / senior management on all aspects of the organization’s strategy & business development policies and initiatives
  
• Perform internal and external analysis, incl. scenario modeling to assess future market and business developments
  
• Support M&A projects
  
• Advance consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)

• Excellent university degree, e.g. master’s in Business Administration, Controlling or similar 
  
• 4-5 years of professional experience in corporate environment or consulting; industrial experience
  
• Relevant work experience in project management, strategic business processes, analytical and digital tool development
  
• Strong sense of business ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  
• Proven financial modeling and excellent MS Excel skills
  
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and business acumen
  
• Highly energetic personality with passion to break through status-quo, drive and implement change
  
• Highly motivated team player
  
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
