Tasks
National Experiential Marketing Activities
• Execute Porsche Brazil (PBR) events on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Develop KPIs and post-event reports to evaluate performance and impact.
• Maximize data capture opportunities at events to support marketing intelligence.
• Propose innovative ideas and new formats to enhance experiential marketing efforts.
• Support the creation of communication content for internal and external channels (e.g., social media).
• Manage event planning processes, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary resources are in place for successful execution.
Dealer Network Support
• Assist in the implementation of national and local dealer launch events.
• Monitor and support dealer marketing activities to ensure alignment with Porsche brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the dealer network to identify high-impact local events that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Ensure proper documentation and KPI tracking for all dealer-led marketing events.
Customer Group Engagement
• Plan and execute joint event initiatives with Porsche Customer Groups and Porsche Club Brazil, ensuring brand consistency and delivering premium customer experiences.
Marketing Fleet Management
• Support the management of the marketing and PR vehicle fleet, ensuring all cars are in optimal condition for use.
• Maintain the fleet management system to maximize vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with the workshop.
• Plan and manage transportation logistics for event vehicles, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
• Oversee documentation processes, ensuring all required forms are signed before vehicles leave the premises.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years in event management, experiential marketing, or related areas.
Skills and Competencies
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under pressure and with tight deadlines;
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in logistics, supplier availability, or shifting priorities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders, including high-level brand representatives and VIP guests during events;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented;
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
