Operations Agent

The Operations Agent is responsible for:

• Calculation and Planning of load distribution for the aircraft
• Dispatch of operational messages as well as other post flight activities
• Loads and unloads the aircraft as per loading instruction
• Responsibility for aircraft and ramp safety
• Coordinate and monitors the suppliers to ensure punctual performance
• Secures load on aircraft (i.e. locks) and signs the loading instruction
• Ensures that all work is carried out according to documented quality manual procedures
• After gaining sufficient experience he/she performs surveillance duties
• Assists the supervisor in the GHA’s ground operations activities
• Provides regular and accurate staff feedback to the GHA management
• Performs local training for GHA staff – Keeps records of all support activity
