Quality Assurance Auditor

As the QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

• Works with various departments in order to resolve compliance issues, provides recommendations for root cause, and corrective actions; maintains continuous communication throughout problem resolution process
• Provide training as needed regarding compliance issues, regulation changes and criteria across the site
• Support the Lead Auditor in continually monitoring procedural compliance to AS/EN 9110, C.A.S.E, 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station, and Part 121 customer requirments
• Understand and manage the root cause, corrective and preventive action processes
• Quality Improvement Facilitator - initiates and facilitates group resolutions and changes
• Create detailed quality audit plans, schedules, and checklists as needed
