About the Role
Voith Paper is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Operations Director to lead our business in the Nordic market (Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark). In this senior leadership role, you will combine strategic sales leadership with operational and P&L responsibility, driving growth while ensuring operational excellence across our Products & Services and workshop operations.
Your Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with key customers across the Nordic region, understanding their needs and promoting Voith Paper’s product and service portfolio.

Drive order intake, order quality, and profitable growth by creating compelling, customer-specific solutions and following up on quotations.

Lead and develop the Regional Sales Managers in the Nordics, including performance management, coaching, and planning of customer activities.

Take full P&L responsibility for Voith Paper Products & Services and the local workshop, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Promote, develop, and strengthen the local field service organization to meet customer expectations and deliver best-in-class service.

Ensure compliance with all processes, standards, and regulations, with a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

Actively engage in key customer orders, supporting execution, identifying upselling opportunities, and managing customer issues when required.
Your Profile

Proven experience in sales leadership and operational management, preferably within the paper, process, or industrial products industry.

Solid experience with P&L responsibility and leading both sales and service organizations.

Strong understanding of the Nordic market and business culture, combined with knowledge of Scandinavian leadership principles.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into hands-on execution and measurable results.

Inspirational leader with strong communication skills, capable of working in an international environment.

Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
- Finnish and/or German language skills are considered an advantage.
