- Consulting the upper management of our clients, for example, in the development and implementation of the (digital) strategy 2030 for a transport company
- Leading project teams in (digital) transformation, efficiency, optimization and sustainability projects along the value chain in the transportation ecosystem
- Holistic and multiple project management, such as in the development of new digital business areas, using intermodal offers, MaaS and corporate venturing
- Creating innovative consultation products and developing new client segments
- Master’s degree with above-average grades in (industrial) engineering, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in consulting; preferably with industry-specific experience
- Practical experience in project management – from definition of goals, team creation, task differentiation, and team leadership to success tracking and successful project completion
- Motivation through common goals and solutions with the team and client
- Taking pleasure in strategy development and entrepreneurial thinking
- High proficiency in English and German and willingness to travel
