Senior Manager Labour Relations (all genders)

Your main tasks include leading the international negotiations with our social partners all over Europe and will be the single point of contact for labour relations at Eurowings Europe and contractual matters. You ensure that all labour law and internal LHG compliance requirements are met.

• You are a professional when it comes to maintaining sustainable relationships with our social partners
• Strategy / planning / policy development: You are responsible for the direction of strategic collective bargaining policy and negotiation tactics
• You represent Eurowings Europe in the Lufthansa Group Labour Relations network and work closely with it
• You advise the Managing Directors on labour relations issues of Eurowings Europe
• You work together with all operational, commercial and administrative departments
• In collective bargaining, you support us with your expertise and ensure that we make the right decisions
• You are therefore also prepared to go frequently on (short-term) business trips
