Bloomberg Television is looking for a highly motivated Senior Producer to join their London-based team. 
 
You will be responsible for leading a team of Producers to output one of our live morning programs. You must have demonstrated skills in TV news production including planning, writing, copy-editing, creating graphics/videos, and handling the pressure of breaking news. You must be able to embrace challenges, make split-second decisions, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator across a global newsroom.

•  Manage a team of producers
•  Communicate effectively to give guidance and direction to anchors, reporters and producers
•  Work with the news desk and Executive Producer to ensure your program reflects Bloomberg's editorial priorities
•  Constantly look for ways to improve and evolve the program to meet our strategic goals
•  Confidently output live shows from the control room
•  Respond to breaking news with a sense of urgency

•  5+ years of experience outputting live television news programs
•  Exceptional news judgement
•  A good understanding of financial markets
•  Recent experience in business and finance news
•  Flexibility with hours including early starts

•  Experience managing a team
