We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated professional to join the Model Risk Management (MoRM) function as the Regulatory & Audit Control Lead. Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Adherence & Governance

  • Proactively identify new, existing, or evolving material regulatory requirements and core rules impacting MoRM activities.

  • Conduct initial impact assessments and coordinate self-assessments to evaluate adherence and identify potential gaps.

  • Promote awareness of regulatory obligations across the MoRM organization and support the implementation of required controls or remediation.

Regulatory & Audit Engagement

  • Support the Global Reg Team and MoRM leadership in managing regulatory interactions, including in-depth regulatory exams, ad hoc data requests, and thematic reviews.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and quality-assured responses are delivered to regulators and auditors.

  • Act as a liaison between MoRM and key control and governance functions including Compliance, Regulatory Management Group (RMG), Group Regulatory Affairs (GRAD), and Group Audit (GA).

Finding Management & Control Remediation

  • Maintain oversight of MoRM-related audit and regulatory findings and ensure sustainable and timely resolution.

  • Coordinate with finding owners to provide subject matter support and challenge as needed to ensure robustness of remediation.

  • Track progress against milestones and maintain documentation to support effective closure.

Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Own the development and maintenance of the monthly Regulatory & Audit Update deck for MoRM ExCo, capturing all material updates on regulatory exams, audits, findings, and associated risks.

  • Enable data-driven decision-making by senior MoRM leadership through clear, concise, and forward-looking reporting.

  • Strong understanding of model risk management frameworks and the regulatory landscape governing model risk.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex regulatory interactions and audits.
