- Lead a global change project to transform our Customer Excellence Organization focusing on strategic Customer Relationships, smart Service Differentiation, Cost to Serve and a smooth Order to Cash. This includes:
- Detailing out scope, roles and responsibilities, capabilities and skills required, organization set up and processes.
- Develop winning strategies, define clear standards, and implement them across all regions.
