YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the Supply Chain Customer Excellence Transformation: You'll spearhead efforts to improve how we deliver exceptional service to our customers across the global supply chain.
  • Develop & Implement Strategic Initiatives: Craft winning strategies, define best practices, and guide the rollout of tools and solutions that optimize supply chain performance for our regions.
  • Drive Innovation & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of the curve by actively seeking external trends and best practices. Integrate these insights to spark innovative solutions within the organization.
  • Provide Expert Support to Regions: Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support to regional teams on major initiatives and critical issues.
  • Implement Service Strategy & Cost Optimization: Finalize and deploy our Service Strategy, including the Service Menu and a Cost-to-Serve framework, across all regions.
  • Champion Customer Collaboration: Define and implement a Customer Engagement (Collaboration) concept for the Supply Chain, ensuring joint value creation with our customers.
  • Elevate Customer Insights: Own and further develop the Voice of Customer program within the Supply Chain, ensuring we understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Align with Commercial Strategy: Partner closely with the commercial organization to integrate Customer Supply Chain into the overall commercial strategy for maximum customer impact.
  • Cultivate Value-Driven Customer Engagement: Refine and promote the concept of value creation through customer engagement within the Supply Chain.
  • Foster Customer Innovation: Collaborate with our global customers to drive innovation within the Supply Chain, leading to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage Global Customer Relationships: Take ownership of relationships with our global customers, coordinating effectively across regions to ensure a seamless experience.
YOUR SKILLS

  • Change Champion: Possess strong change management skills, including clear communication, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to craft compelling narratives (storytelling). Proven track record of implementing reward & recognition programs to drive desired behaviors.
  • Influential Communicator: Deliver impactful presentations and confidently influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strategic Visionary: Think strategically, adept at defining clear goals ("North Star") and driving successful execution.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and exceeding customer needs. Extensive experience collaborating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coaching & Development: Proven ability to coach and mentor others, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of demonstrably successful experience in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain within a multinational Consumer Goods environment.
