Tasks
Join us in redefining how Taxation and Treasury power the future of aviation. Reporting to the Head of Treasury & Taxation, you’ll work alongside a team of experts to deliver innovative financial strategies and partner with Lufthansa Group to keep SWISS flying high across the globe.
Serve as a key strategic partner within the Center of Tax Excellence Switzerland, delivering high-quality advisory on complex direct and indirect tax matters to Lufthansa Group companies and branches, ensuring tax optimization and compliance
Lead proactive compliance initiatives for local and international tax regulations
Safeguard SWISS's worldwide operations through forward-looking liquidity planning, comprehensive financial risk management, working capital steering and cash management services (e.g. bank accounts, payment infrastructure, guarantees, cash pooling)
Drive continuous improvement, learning and digitization of treasury & taxation processes and related systems by actively contributing to Finance Transformation and leveraging the opportunities arising from this project

Requirements
University degree or MBA in Finance, Law or similar degree; additional qualification in Swiss Tax Law is a strong asset and will be considered favorably
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in taxation and finance in a corporate environment
Strategic thinking and business partnering skills, especially in complex, matrixed organizations
Ability to work across tax and treasury topics with an agile mindset, adapting quickly to changing priorities and operational demands.
Good knowledge of accounting (IFRS, local GAP), tax reporting and controlling principles
Excellent German/English communication and intercultural competence
