• You gain insights into the daily operations of the After Sales department at the regional office.
• You support parts supply, logistics, and claim management in coordination with MEA markets and Porsche AG.
• You assist the Director and Technical Service Excellence Manager with operational and strategic tasks.
• You support in creating presentations for business reviews, performance updates, and management meetings.
• You manage monthly reporting and contribute to After Sales business reports by consolidating market data.
• You contribute to the development of the After Sales BI Project by defining and implementing analytical use cases within the IT system.
• You support After Sales IT processes by handling user access requests and creating profiles based on market requirements.
• You coordinate department meetings, workshops, projects, and conferences.
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk as part of your internship.

• You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
• You have a background in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• You have IT skills, with experience in tools such as Power BI being an advantage.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
• You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026)
