ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this position, you will be part of our Global Consumer Insights team, supporting research studies in all Audible marketplaces and globally. You will gain valuable insights into how our members and prospects think about audiobooks, podcasts and Audible, and learn about the similarities and differences across our marketplaces.

ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about entertainment content with an affinity for books, audiobooks and podcasts, and interested in the fields of Consumer Insights and Market Research. You are keen on working with survey-based, quantitative data and ideally already have first experience using online survey tools, such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey or similar.

As a Working Student – Consumer Insights, you will....
- Support standard market, creative and content research surveys (e.g. creative testing, surveys to measure appeal of specific content ideas)
- Amend survey templates and set them up in our online survey tool
- Check and supervise ongoing surveys and clean data for analysis
- Analyze behavior data using internal and third part tools
- Provide standardized analyses & reporting in Word and Excel
- Compile concise summaries and reports in English
- Update internal Wiki-pages, prepare project summaries & newsletters
- Run desk research to leverage existing knowledge & research
- Support our operational daily business, e.g. questionnaire reviews and translations, AI tool support.
- Support our daily business, e.g. communication with colleagues, scheduling & preparing meetings

- Compensation of €15.64 per hour
- 12 months contract

Grundqualifikationen

- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation no earlier than 2028
- Student of a Bachelor or Master in fields such as Business Psychology, Business Studies, Media Management, Sociology, Communication, or Media Research
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Business fluency, written and spoken, in English and one of the following: French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, or Spanish

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

- Interest in Quantitative Research
- Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to work independently
- Background in statistics and market and/or media research
- Knowledge of SQL
