ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for you as an enthusiastic Working Student – Catalog Operations. You'll work with our Catalog Operations Coordination Team, getting hands-on experience with content ingestion and catalog management for Audible. Think cutting-edge audiobooks and captivating audio dramas – you'll help bring them all to our listeners.

Your day-to-day will center on audiobook ingestion into Audible’s own Content Management System, with quality control and data preparation as a key focus. You'll review completeness of all assets (audio files, metadata, cover art and table of contents) to ensure every title meets Audible's high standards before reaching customers.

Through quality assurance, both internal and external communication, and catalog maintenance, you'll support our global team in delivering great products within our SLA’s to customers worldwide.

You will feel comfortable in this role if you enjoy working with systems, processes, structured data, and literature in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering accurate results, and have a passion for technology and media, specifically spoken word audio.

As a Working Student, Catalog Operations, you will...
- Support the Quality Control & Content Processing: Review, ingest and prepare newly delivered audiobook assets for further downstream processing with attention to detail, ensuring assets meet our standards
- Help manage tech-driven catalog management: Maintain title tracking systems, monitor product pipelines, and help keep our catalog processes running smoothly
- Identify and communicate asset issues, working with external partners and internal partner teams to see them resolved
- Review, accept, initiate and process updates for all assets (audio files, metadata, cover art and table of contents)
