Working Student Learning & Development (m/f/d)

The Petrochemicals division is the starting point for BASF’s petrochemical-based value chains globally. With six Verbund sites and several major production sites, we are present in the largest chemical markets worldwide. We supply various value chains across the company and a broad range of external customer industries with high-quality chemicals that are used in PET bottles, antifreezing agents, hygiene products and insulating materials to name only a few examples.

Become part of our Global Technology Community Development unit, support our team on site in Ludwigshafen and gain interesting practical experience!

• You will support our team in develop and implement digital learning modules, e.g. in form of e-learning, videos or quizzes.
• Your creativity is in demand: you create and edit videos for our digital learning modules.
• You are also responsible for administrative activities in the Academy.
• Last but not least, you support the development of training courses on various engineering topics.

• ongoing studies in the field of human resources, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• knowledge of digitization and ideally initial experience in personnel development and further training
• confident handling of the common MS Office standard applications
• confident communication skills in English and very good knowledge of German as well as a high level of quality awareness, creativity and a meticulous way of working
