ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Working Student in Mobile Performance Marketing (m/f/x), you will support Audible’s European and Global Audience Acquisition Marketing Team.
As a Working Student - Performance Marketing (Mobile), you will...
- Support the optimization of the performance marketing campaigns in our five EU marketplaces (DE/UK/FR/IT/ES) and non-EU (NA, AU, JP, BR, MX)
- Liaise with our partner agencies on a multitude of different marketing projects independently
- Take over the creative briefing process with a test and learn approach to manage and optimize asset performance
- Work closely with our design team to ensure the assets meet the brand guidelines
- Analyze marketing reports, monitor performance, create reports for stakeholders and derive actionable insights
- Become the main POC for Content tickets creation and promotions
- Participate in A/B testing brainstorms, set up tests across networks and app stores, monitor performance, and deliver clear test reports

- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation no earlier than 2028
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Business fluency, written and spoken, in English and one of the following: French, German, Italian, or Spanish
- Experience and interest in working with data and metrics
- Interest in marketing trends and tech savvy
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Background in mobile or performance marketing
