Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/diverse) Apply now Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/diverse) Description We are looking for you to support our Business Area Autonomous Mobility at the location Ulm.The Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/diverse) is responsible for conception, design and bring up of digital and analog circuits for autonomous driving. Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Conception and development of high performance computing circuits and modules for autonomous driver assistance products Design and development of digital and analog circuits for embedded systems in central control units for autonomous driving Taking responsibility for your circuit module incl. the respective project management tasks Validation of designs with worst case analyses and tests incl. documentation Implementation of design to cost activities for the economic optimization of the products Interdisciplinary cooperation e.g. with project management, layout design, software, mechanics, validation Assistance in creation of FMEA and FMEDA analyses and support with product and design validation procedures Qualifications Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar field of qualification Proven track record of several years working with cutting edge embedded systems Very good knowledge of high speed data buses like PCIe, Ethernet, DDR and their implementation Excellent understanding of the nature of high performance embedded systems like signal integrity, power integrity, EMC etc. Very good knowledge of analog and digital circuit development Experience with the automotive environment is desirable Good English language skills written and spoken, German language skills are desirable Team player and interest to work in a cultural diverse setup Independent way of working and problem-solving skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
